How long does the combo training take to complete? ▾

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course encompasses over 200 hours of instruction spread across 12 to 16 weeks. Finishing both the Green and Black Belt projects typically takes 10 to 12 months in total.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer in-person classroom training, instructor-led live classes, and online learning for a self-paced study option. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and project management content are included in all available formats.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom options are fully live and interactive. E-Learning utilizes high-quality recorded material but also includes scheduled live office hours with Master Black Belt instructors for additional support.

What if work commitments force me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind in the curriculum. Every live session is recorded and made available within 24 hours. You can also attend the equivalent session in a different running batch at no additional charge.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes mid-training? ▾

The program is completely flexible. You are permitted to switch between different cohorts or training formats at any point during your program. Your access and materials will transfer seamlessly.

Who are the instructors teaching this program? ▾

Our instructors are certified Master Black Belts with 10 to 20 years of hands-on experience leading major transformations at multinational corporations. They are active practitioners, not solely academics.

What are the class sizes for live training? ▾

We limit the size of our batches to 15-20 participants to guarantee that every student receives personalized attention and one-on-one coaching, especially during complex statistical exercises.

Is there a difference between the weekend and weekday evening batches? ▾

No. The curriculum, the instructors, and the hands-on exercises are all identical. The only variation is the pace of delivery, which is structured to accommodate different professional schedules.

Do I need any special software or system requirements? ▾

You will need a standard computer (either Windows or Mac) and a reliable internet connection. We provide a one-year license for Minitab, the industry-standard statistical software, which is included in your program fee.
