6. Select the optimum solution and allocate definite tasks

Once everyone has agreed on the best solution to the problem, talk about what each team needs to do next.

You two need to decide what you both want to do. Find things that are fine with everybody. This prevents the same issue from recurring.

7. Follow up and plan for the future

Don't walk away once you've fixed the problem. Check in and see if everything is okay. Keep talking and assist everyone in working together to achieve company objectives.

Monitor the problem even after it appears to be solved. If it recurs, take necessary steps to restore it once again. Think about what you can do to prevent the same problem from arising again. Use what you have learned to solve problems more effectively the next time.

This enhances your ability to solve problems and makes it simpler to handle such problems in the future.
